Booking Terms

Please read the following information carefully. By booking a session you are agreeing to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Payment (Family Sessions)

A non refundable £40 deposit is required to secure your date and the balance is to be paid no later than the day before your session. The balance can be paid either by bank transfer, PayPal or cash on the day. Regretfully, I cannot release any images until payment has been received in full.

Payment (Birth Photography)

A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your birth photography booking and the balance is to be paid no later than a week before your due date. The balance can be paid either by bank transfer or PayPal. Regretfully, I cannot release any images until payment has been received in full.

Payment (Postpartum Photography)

A £40 non refundable deposit is required to secure your postpartum session and the balance is to be paid no later than the day before before your session. The balance can be paid either by bank transfer or PayPal. Regretfully, I cannot release any images until payment has been received in full.

Cancellations (Family Sessions)

I understand that life can be busy and things come up. I kindly ask that you please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. When a session is booked, that date is no longer available to other potential clients. Therefore, if I am given less than 24 hours notice for a family session booking, I will require 50% of the balance from the session to be paid. This is due no later than the day of the original session date.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your date, the above terms apply with regards to the 50% balance. This then only leaves the remaining 50% to be paid no later than the new date.

Social Media and Marketing

Unless explicitly requested by the client, when booking a session you are giving permission for images from your session to be shared to social media and other online and/or physical portfolios or marketing material.

Please note that I will always double check prior to posting when images contain children. Additionally, no images are shared publicly until the paying client has viewed them. (You will always be the first to see the results from your session).

Participants

My prices are based on one family attending the session (average maximum of four or five people). Please let me know at the time of booking if more family members will be attending. If you would like to merge your session with another family, e.g. close friends and their children, cousins etc, I can create a bespoke quote according to your needs.
